Order Processing

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on order volume.

  • Processing time refers to the period from when your order is placed until it leaves our warehouse.
  • While most orders are processed quickly, delays may occur during promotions, launches, or holidays.
  • We always strive to ship orders within 24 hours whenever possible.
  • Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order ID.

Shipping

OMMI Nutrition LLC offers:

  • FREE shipping on orders $79.99+ within the United States
  • Orders under $99 will have multiple shipping options available at checkout, including a flat-rate option (e.g., $7.99)

We ship using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

OMMI Nutrition LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Note: Certain promotions or holidays may be excluded from free shipping offers at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unopened, and undamaged
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase

Refunds

  • Eligible returns will receive a full refund
  • If the return is due to an error on our end (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs

Restocking Fee

  • All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%

APO/FPO Shipping (Military Addresses)

We offer shipping to most U.S. military addresses worldwide.

  • Enter your full APO/FPO/AE address correctly
  • Select United States as the country at checkout

This is part of our commitment to supporting military customers.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare lower values
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for:
    • Incorrect addresses
    • Refused deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products comply with local import laws.

Customs & Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus shipping and return costs
  • If a package is seized, destroyed, or held by customs, we are unable to offer a refund
